Twenty years ago when I started teaching we did not have "standards" to follow, we had guidelines from the state. The students I had then are successful adults today and they did not have Common Core!

State History in Indiana

At our school we get the Fourth Grade Studies Weekly also. It is a wonderful resource and covers all the standards for our state. We also have a textbook that we can use for a resource.
