Insurance

We have always bought the trip insurance, and luckily never had to use it. I would rather have that peace of mind in case someone got sick, there was a family emergency, etc.

Sounds like you've got things covered pretty well. A 1 minute pan isn't very long, and it sounds like you have plenty to show! I also pointed out the computers (where students take AR tests, etc.)...
