Before Christmas Read Aloud Story

My students enjoy "Warton's Christmas Eve Adventure" by Russell Erickson.
For in January "Toad for Tuesday" by Russell Erickson is a great book.

Not too late

Last year I started Daily 5 after Christmas and it worked well. I wasn't so sure that we were progressing quickly enough when we first started but once students saw stamina starting we were away.
