I've used Reflex the last two years. It is expensive, like mentioned above, but I love it. I also love that I can see what they know and what they need to work on. It takes a huge load off of me.

I use fabric and have never used liquid starch. I just stretch it a little as I staple it and it looks great. I feel like the liquid starch would make it look stiff and crunchy.
