Adirondack chairs

As much as I love the look of them, I have never found them comfortable - even the adjustable variations. If you go with traditional ones, they are really HEAVY too.

Tinnitus

I developed tinnitus as a result of Ménière’s disease.

It can be annoying. I find that loud environmental noise exacerbates it: loud music, anything in a gymnasium, crowds, etc.
