Now I set my timer

I've done this and KICKED myself! Now, when I set the leftovers on the counter, I set my oven timer for 30 min or so and I get the nudge I need to remember!

Another gemologist

A friend's husband is a gemologist - also went to that school in SF. I don't think there are too many of them. He also designs and then creates the jewelry for the gems. Go for it!!
