Walking helps me. I listen to music as I walk in my neighborhood or on a treadmill. I may run for a very short distance too.
Watching some old movies or old tv shows are relaxing to me.

Pecan pies

I baked 2 dozen mini pecan pies. I planned to keep a dozen for my family and give a dozen to a close family friend. (Our friend loves my pecan pies.) DH and I could not resist and ate one....
