I keep track in my gradebook. I have a page for timed tests only. Each column is a test..for example 0/1's, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5, etc.
I simply put an X in the column when they pass that test.

Charlie the Caterpillar is another one about treating others nicely...goes along with the same type of theme. I LOVE the toothpaste idea! I am going to try to incorporate that into our first week.
