tips to lower cholesterol?

I just my annual blood work back and it said high cholesterol. Any tips for lowering it? I run 8-10 miles a week and go to the gym so I'm pretty fit. I rarely drink and don't smoke. I rarely eat...

I have PCOS

and endometriosis. I'm also the first one in my family to really struggle with TTC. It took a bit of tweaking but Clomid and then Femera both were able to regulate my cycle.

Make sure you've been good about sipping water that day. Something with natural sugar (apple, juice, etc) and some light protein (almonds are my fav). In a pinch I keep Clif Blok Shots in my gym...
