Newsletter sample

This is one that I created using Windows 7- Word. I would make a text box and place over the airplane and place a clip art pic that had some significance for the week.

I had that same schedule this past year that you are describing- 90 min math, 40 min sci, and 30 min intervention. We use Everyday Math and I really didnt enjoy the way I was teaching...

Heres an Idea...

dont take grades on their daily homework. Instead give them a quiz on Friday over 10 problems that are taken from the homework assignments given throughout the week. You can go over the homework...

Class set up

You could push them to the wall (they face the wall) and get as many as you can to fit that way. Then you can do a couple of rows in the back area facing the board. This could give you enough...

You know... I didnt go into teaching to make money, get summers off, or good benefits. As just about all of us did, we went into it to make some kind of impact on a child- for that child to remember...
