Most advice I've seen is one box per cat plus one extra. We have 4 cats and 5 boxes.

I'd say it's time for a new one. I ordered a Tuft and Needle foam mattress. It came in the mail and I love it! It's really comfy and supportive.

After researching I went with TCL brand. DH came to the same conclusion, and we did not discuss it while looking into it. We are not high end people and TLC seemed like good quality for a good price....

I've had them as an adult. I remember it hurt so bad I was crying in the waiting room. It was a bad one, I think and I needed some stronger antibiotics.

I think it was my own fault I got them....
