advice - clipboard bulletin board

I could use an idea on how to decorate student clipboards, (they will hang on the wall displaying work). They still need to be functional for students to write on, as they will take them on and off...

on the white board. I even have a few posters I like to hang on the white board, so I need something that won't slide down the board. I'll google the name you listed, thanks for the suggestion.
