We are still in school until Thursday here in Northern Virginia. We usually don't return until after Labor Day, but we will be going back August 31 this year (Aug. 24 for staff!).

Almost half the teachers at my school here in Virginia are originally from PA and moved here specifically for jobs. It's a really tough job market for teachers up there.
