On a Mac you just go to "Print" and you see PDF in the oval on the bottom left, just click that and it will save it as a PDF.

I ditto the previous poster - I transferred a whole bunch of tapes to mp3 last summer using Garage Band. Someone asked me if they could buy my mp3 files that I made from the books - but I'm not sure...

Advice to the principal....

One year I had my first graders write advice to the principal for what to do once he was retired. It was hilarious! You can also have them write about what retirement is ... also very funny!
