Thanks for the responses. I guess I'll just stick to my ipad for now. I don't want to use 2 devices. Like, I dont want to download a book from library on ipad and then send it to kindle.

Yes, I walk every day along the water. It's nice. Today was a beautiful day and it was packed with people walking, skating, biking, soccer on the grassy area, dog park packed...I'd say about 75%...
