Small house, mortgage free

I really want to say that I would want to mortgage free and live in a smaller house, but our current house is fairly big so I'm not sure that's true. The cost of living where we live is extrememly...

Right now it's 12 with a real feel of 1. Tomorrow morning is suppose to be 1 with a real feel of -10 to -20 or something like that. Most area schools have canceled for tomorrow.

School closings

We had Tuesday & Wednesday off, a 2-hr delay today, and we've called off for tomorrow already because of all time record breaking cold weather. I'm good with a 5-hour work week! Although I'm sure I'd...

I thought the delay today was silly. It is getting COLDER as the day goes on, not warmer. We are headed to Massanutten this weekend so I wouldn't hate a day off tomorrow <!--giggle-->

I teach at a school like #1 and my own kids do not come to school with me. They attend other schools. If I had ever taught at a non-Title I school I may have considered bringing them with me, but...

1. What's the weather like right now? It's almost 60 today. It's freaking me out a bit.
2. Any chance for a snow day this week? Unfortunately, no.
3. Any Valentine's Day plans? DH is running a 50K...
