LA County schools.

Interesting story about your district...

Los Angeles County is the biggest county in CA...I live in LA County.

I am really doubtful that any district in this county will do 100% in person...

Now, that being said, California is constantly changing, so I really don’t think that will happen. I think this school year is pretty much very limited for many of us subs for a variety of reasons.

Strange...

My district is currently hybrid, but no contact whatsoever with substitutes. Strange thing - the district has openings on Edjoin for Subs, and offering a higher pay.

I work in CA. There isn’t really much of anything available, we are supposed be be hybrid in January but I don’t see that happening either. I’m done for the rest of the year and maybe forever.

Good luck.

My UI is expected to run out beginning of Sept, unless it is extended again. Therefore, I really hope schools will stick with the plan in my state to reopen on time, hybrid schedule.
