rotisserie chicken

I put a whole chicken in the instant pot today and it came out a very delicious rotisserie-type chicken. That will give you several meals. All you have to do is add some veggies and/or fruit.

Second shot tomorrow

I hope there are no significant side effects since we have conferences all day 8-8. We only blocked out time to get shots and grab the food they’re bringing in.

Wow! You guys are great!

I will check out the tens machine. I can do 30 bucks. I had been doing heat, but my heating pad died this week. I’ll try 3 Tylenol every 8 hours. Thanks again. You Rock!
