Never pay a bill until you also have the insurance statement showing what you actually owe after insurance pays its share.

Just collect the bills and statements and reconcile once...

I was debt free for about five years, and it was awesome. I have a mortgage now, but that's it for debt. So glad to have emerged from that place...

Yes, mainly cobwebs in the corners, trim, and lighting fixtures. I just use a long handled duster with disposable fluffy things, but a feather duster or a broom covered with a clean rag would work.
