Coats get worn to go out.

Florida Teachers

I am looking to relocate to Sarasota to be with my elderly mother. I will be living with her.

When does hiring for next year start? We are close to Manatee County as well.

Don't forget to mention that you have continually thought about her school and regret not taking the position but was compelled to continue and finish the yer out.

I don't give homework.

My kids struggle enough. I want them to hear consistent language and not learn incorrect methods.

The data is great. You can assign certain topics or just let it follow her needs. It adapts to her level.

My previous advice...

MS math teacher here

You don't say what grade?

Regardless, she must know her multiplicatin/division math facts. Many kids don't have command of the 6, 7, nd 8s which really slows them down.

This would be my last year

After this event is done, I would put in writing that it's my last one.

A year is PLENTY of notice.

Looking to do the same.

You are a bigger person than I

I would have replied "Sorry my cancer was an inconvenience for you" THEN forwarded to the AP.

I hope your treatment is on track!

Not a guy, just my opinion...
Chinos of some sort.

Pre-teaching I was in the business world. A wise mentor said to "dress one level up to get noticed." I would not wear jeans to make a point of...

I'm assuming to visually figure out facts?

If so, that takes too long and it's *ahem* timed. The point is to get fluent- bettering their own score from before.

A year to plan

It's time to plan, to save, to make sure.

Just knowing there's a possible end in sight will help with this year.
Good luck!

Stress? Hormones?

I am postmenopausal but my dr actually warned me to "not be surprised" if I had random bleeds. She said it happens, but to always call for an appointment to make sure.
