If there is any chance of needing to teach remotely, do not choose the chromebook. The audio quality is very poor on Zoom when you try to speak. Otherwise, a chromebook fits your needs well.

I recommend vanicream. My husband has severe eczema and it's the only kind that helps. It's used by pharmacies to compound prescriptions too when mixed with steroids.

Yes, he should test. I had covid in October and it started that exact way. I had a headache and a low, short-lived fever. Eventually I developed a mild cough but it luckily never got any worse....

I hope they are okay. Speaking from personal experience, even if you test negative, you probably need to stay home the full 14 days. Sometimes it is possible to test early and get a negative result...
