My dog gets them really bad if she eats chicken product. And grain too, as well as allergies beginning of spring and then beginning of fall. But the main culprit has been chicken.

I don't do anything with pencils. Ever. Kids sharpen 2-3 in the morning. They should be good for the day. Sometimes a few sharpen in the afternoon, but it's quick and isn't disruptive.

I have to stretch every night before bed. I find that it helps. It doesn't eliminate it, but I'm not waking up as often at night. It's a sensation that can drive anyone crazy.
