First, this post made me laugh. We used to use Charmin, but I found it to be a little too dusty. Tried Northern and had the same issue. Now we use the Kirkland Signature brand from Costco.

DD 2.5 has always had terribly sensitive skin, eczema, and prone to bad yeast rashes.
If the doctor diagnosed it as yeast you definitely need an anti-fungal, not a traditional diaper cream....
