I do the Friday folder thing

I am not in elementary now but I still do it in my MS/HS SpEd class.

Plastic pocket folder with one side marked "Keep" and one side marked "Return to school."

I set them in a file folder box...

As I too had a previous reaction to a different injection, I had to wait 30 minutes...

I like both. :p I would also say that it can be the same recipe--the fluffy vs thin is usually a difference in the butter's temp in the prep stage.
