another idea

instead of a white board, one year I just created it on a pc of that hard foam board from Wal Mart and hung it from the doorway on a pc of string...I put the kids names on clothes pins...

How long have you been sick? if you go to the dr. w/ in a certain time....I think 24 hrs...there are meds that will lesson the severity.
