I was in phiso for two months

I had Phiso for two months three times a week at a rigorous pace to get my rotator cuff back into shape. It all depends on what the dr says though. Keep it up and good luck again.

Never had the surgery but......

I would go with the avervisioncp355

The Aver has a lot more functions then the Elmo and I think is cheaper. Up to you though. You want it to be able to record as well as be a document camera, this way you have a web cam and a doc...
