We use The Great Poetry Race (search the site for more info). We've collected quite a nice collection of poems to read for fluency. The kids like it, and it's a nice incentive to get them reading!

Turn it upside down!

You could start one subject with the front cover, and flip the book upside down and start the other subject with the back cover! You'd have to make up some labels and make sure they go in the right...
