Why not evaluate the program

If the teachers had good observations, that means that they were doing what the district expected. Why not re-evaluate the programs that the districts are requiring? Perhaps they are outdated...

Personalized Instruction

Does anyone use personalized instruction? I am moving to a district next year that has switched over to it. I am excited, but would like to hear from teachers that teach this way.
