I had it cauterized years ago (like I was in middle school). It was horrible. One of my least favorite procedures ever. My dad just had it done too. Yuck.

So they’re doing a cardiac conversion, basically shocking his heart back into normal rhythm, to try to get him out of afib.

If it works they’ll send him home. If it doesn’t then they’ll keep him...

Prayers for a speedy recovery. I always think days 2 and 3 are the worst because the pain meds wear off. Don’t overdo it, take your time and heal quickly.
