Your advice is great!

Remember that most of us do 2-3 rotations a day. Assign your rotations and order - I’m sure Pinterest has help for that, because that’s where I got mine. ;)

Thank you for your help and suggestions. She had a 90-ish minute interview and felt really good about it when she left. Iíve never had an interview last that long, so I donít know if that is normal....

Iím sorry.
I think that I get personal and/or sick days for a reason. If I need or want to take one, thatís my choice. And itís not my job to find a sub or worry about the secretary not finding one....

Youíre probably right - I only work with 50-60 kids a day versus others with 125-175! It probably is easier for me, because I have a specific group I work with that has lower numbers!
