I collect it

I collect all of papers at the end of each lesson. If it's something that might not get finished, I just ask 'done or not done?' as I collect and then I keep the unfinished work in a specific place...

Got locked out once

There's no way that I would enter grades twice, so no paper for me. I suppose if you were really worried, you could take a picture or screenshot at the end of each week and use that for backup....
