I dice it and add a package of sugar free jello...

I dice it and add a package of sugar free jello and a tad bit of water and microwave it. Then you can pour it into a 9x12 and freeze it and treat it like granita. It is so refreshing.

I’ve always used the recipe from my Vitamix book. Now I just use the same ingredients, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, salt, olive oil, and cumin to taste.

Glad to be retired

4-6 ft is acceptable?

I heard that our county ed and health may come to an agreement that 4-6 ft is acceptable for social distancing in the schools. So much for CDC guidelines.
