Thank you so much for checking on me! I posted on update prior to seeing your post. I feel very positive moving forward. My surgeon is awesome and I will be having a double mastectomy on November 12....

Unisom

Sometimes this happens to me, too. I have taken Unisom and it's worked like a charm. Melatonin doesn't do anything for me. Good luck!!!
