I thought the Keynote was good

It was a Keynote and not a training. It was nice to learn that the struggle to connect students is worldwide. We are not alone in the struggle to do this distance learning thing.

Use juice and walk while swallowing

I still have a hard time sitting and swallowing pills. I drink juice and walk across the room. It works. I also take a small sip first without any pills.

Kitchen Aide French Door Refrigerator

Love it! It has ice maker when needed in the freezer. Water dispenser is inside when needed. Front is smooth. We drink tap water most of the time, so it works well for us.
