Space heater

They make small space heaters that you can stick under your desk or table.

Some teachers in my building will put items over the air conditioning vent.

Lesson plans

We had micromanaging of checking the lesson plans before virus. Plans had to be turned in by late Sunday night.

We have a very strong union and a lot of teacher turnover so I am not sure why this...

Annuals

Our annuals are scheduled for 45 minutes and re-evals are 60 minutes.

But we have case managers who determine length and set up the times for annuals and re-evals.

I guess I was looking for it's not me.

My position is isolating during normal times and even more isolating this year. It will become even more isolating as half our district moves to hybrid next...
