Aha!!!

Thank you Angelajw, that worked! I didn't realize that PDFs are defaulted to be opened with Preview instead of Adobe Reader on my computer! They download as PDFs and I just assumed they were opening...

Thanks BayAreaSub! I am on a Mac and oddly enough they do download as PDFs. Even in the PDF they show up. :(
