More in regards to the 2nd grade math discussion:
Your CURRICULUM calls for a 1 day lesson. Common Core is not a curriculum. It's not a program.
If we teach using only programs and no brains...

I'd suggest waiting until mid-to-late-September! They get marked down cheap at Target and Walmart! :o You can probably get enough for this year AND next year!
