Definately orthotics help your feet, your legs your posture, etc. You will notice it more once you wear them for a while and then try going without them. Well worth the money!

pain/sting reliever

My mother-in-law gave me a great tip - soak a paper towel or wash cloth in milk and place it over the sunburn or any irritated skin - it takes the sting/itch/etc. right out.
