Thanks for your replies. I'll give it a try for a trim. If it's not so good, at least it's summer and I'll have time to let it grow back before September---kids can be quite frank! LOL

A little help here

This site has a few things your school can use for vocabulary. The link is for grades 4-5, but if you look for the student center activities for K-1 and 2-3, you'll find activities for those levels...

Believe it or not...

I had some students who struggled with "how many more" who got it when worded "how much more"! Go figure.:eek:
