My goal is to start with sugar. I only have a little honey in tea sometimes. That doesnít bother me.

For those that quite sugar how did you do it? I donít eat a lot of sugar at home. I use fresh ground peanut butter without sugar and use honey for tea. Itís at work that the sugar is a problem.

I had the same thing. I would cry over anything on and off. Buspar takes 6 weeks to fully kick in. I even cried in front of my principal while it was kicking in!
