Name Check!
Before I collect any papers I say "Name Check." The kids know to stop and make sure their name is on the paper. This has made a great difference in my "no name" paper pile!

I think that the behavior plan is a great idea, but don't forget to praise him for his good behavior too, or at least when he has been quiet for a bit. At least until he is accustomed to the plan!
