My son had these also as well as night terrors and sleep walking. For the growing pains, I had him take a warm bath or rubbed lotion on his legs. This helped him.

Iíve purchased the ones from Target. I like them when I do my therapy exercises in the pool. Masks in the pool are not required, but I wear it. Iím mostly walking laps and doing leg exercises.
