#1 - Position was taken off the job board and I have called and e-mailed the principal (got secretary for phone call), but no response either way (I know it's no since I wasn't hired)....

Look at CTP's (Creative Teaching Press) Designer classroom series. There's many colorful and sophisticated designs.
Also, you could use your school colors since you teaching middle school/junior...

Dots on Chocolate

If I get the teaching position I interviewed for, I plan to use frogs with Dots on Chocolate so I think any of the color CTP themes can be used with other themes.
