I can't say enough positive things about Symbaloo. I was able to customize my Symbaloo with the websites that I expect my students to use. By going to the class Symbaloo, the students can click on...

This was my first year of our Ready Gen adoption. The text is quite challenging as are the unit assessments. There are 6 units (each with 2 modules) for first and second grade. Each module has a...

Depends on time of year

As a teacher who has had student teachers in the past, I don't generally include this information when I request a substitute teacher. However, I always address it in my letter to the guest teacher....

We went 1:1 this year and I teach second grade. It has been amazing.

One suggestion that I would make is to create a Symbaloo that contains the "approved" web sites for your students and encourage...

Great tips!

Lots of great tips already. My biggest suggestions would be to drink the prep solution cold, using a straw. I chose to chase my prep with Sprite.

I also took over the master bedroom / bath area. I...

I would have said $100. I agree with the others that you can "fix it" with the thank you card and tote. :)

Me too!

About six years ago, I went through something similar. My previous dentist had moved away and I took my time finding a new one. Fast forward to an abcessed tooth -- horrible pain. :( I also had two...

This year, my district is starting on a Monday -- full week, full days. In the past, teachers reported on Monday and had inservices through Wednesday. The soft start was nice for our firsties.
