I have all females but once had to have a sonogram and was asked if a male was ok. I said it was fine, just wanted results. Which was positive! Did not care who was conducting the test!

I left at 58 after 31 years and two separate careers. Our pension benefits were changing drastically so it was get out or deal with less benefits. Many great perks for retirement in our contract...

Nope. Not yet. It is in the 50’s at night but we use our gas fireplace and that is fine in the evenings. Days are more like 65 so no problem. We are out and about most days anyway.

I take no vitamins. But I eat very healthfully. Mostly plant based. No red meat. Mostly local stuff with no gmo’s or roundup. My doctor agrees with my plan. I only take fiber supplements 2 or 3...
