It could be a migraine. Dizziness is a common symptom, and the headaches don't always last a long time. If she's getting these short headaches frequently, it could also be cluster headaches.

I had my gallbladder removed 5 years ago, no stones but tons of pain after eating and during the HIDA scan. It was functioning at 5%.

They'll be doing a CT with oral and IV contrast later today...
