on shaky credit and a construction loan so we went bare bones, basic basics and doing much ourselves. After a house fire in 2009, we used the insurance money plus a little home equity to upgrade in...

Hmmm. All of the above??

If I'm dreaming, I want it all.

But Amiga,

I want all that BUT without having to make it myself and without the caloric penalty...

And I want all that without adding another person to my...

At my first district, all the teachers ate the school lunches on certain days. I am sure those meals are against the rule...

Go to the deli at any grocery

and see if they will sell you a divided tray like the old fashioned pickle trays from Tupperware. They use them for fruit and veggies, meat and cheese trays, etc. They are usually black plastic or...

In our district,

We have no time clock or sign in/out.

Our duty day is 8:00-3:35--student day is 8:16-3:30. I have a 25 minute duty-free lunch and 45-50 minute planning daily.

My admin is also willing to...

It's awful and amazing at the same time! :p

I constantly have things in my cart. I am pretty good to pass the "Buy it now" button in the name of research. It has gotten worse as I added Prime......

Hate to burst your bubble but it doesn't get

any better. I teach MS/HS now and still get kids daily who can't hold their heads up because they were up until 11 or midnight on the regular. Not kids overly involved in sports or outdoors--kids...

I agree with the PPs

I've cried several times already this school year. Once in front of my Director, once in front of the students (accidentally) and once in front of a parent (but held it together fairly well.) All...

Since you are in a position of mentoring/

coteaching (and Dept Head) can you suggest that she have you "proofread" her outward bound stuff while she is learning the new stuff?

Or maybe you could make her a "cheat sheet" of commonly used...

Don't beat yourself up. I did a similar thing with a new dryer.

The dryer had some anti wrinkle feature that, when on, caused the dryer to "tumble" a few times every few minutes AFTER the...

I do have my own numbers to share.

In June 2018, my triglycerides were 504. I started Fish oil capsules-1x/day

In December 2018, the number was 367.

and could stand to lose around 75 more.

I have been doing in off and on for a year. Does that make it Intermittent Intermittent Fasting? Well, that is me. ;)

I try to eat one good meal and a...
