I have only seen him a few times,

but he is right on here! It was almost like he had been a teacher before. Parents united with teachers help kids learn and behave.

The 1 thing I disagree with though is I do not think parents are...

I love it! I have heard:

Yeah, when we were kids and finished math homework, we took it to our dad who checked it over.
If a problem was wrong, we had to go fix it....

Thanks, it is good to know others feel this way too. Yes, there are definitely exceptions depending upon where your child is at in life and the type of problem.
That is why I would not leave a...

I can't imagine no heat in Michigan!

That is crazy!
I get cold easily too, so I learned to wear layers.
In the winter, my 1st layer is Under Armor.
During not such cold times, I would wear a fleece vest over a sweater, over a shirt...

I am so sorry all of this is hitting you at

1x. You have worked most of your life if you are able to retire. You deserve the time you and your husband have left together.
Since it is just a small amount of $ you'd lose, the $ probably is not...

school.
I think our kids need to learn slowly at a young age with emotional support from their parents: There are many types of people in the world.
Some are nice and some aren't. Some things...

Beatles - Ed Sullivan

My parents woke us up when I was 4 years old. They wanted us to see The Beatles b/c they said that they were going to make history.
That is the only time they ever woke us up for something like that!

When teaching in another area, I remember telling kids often that I had to go quickly b/c I had duty.
I think it was regional or accent, but they'd often laugh and say the teacher has
