If you haven't made them yet, take your crate in Lowe's with you and they will cut it to fit inside. Also I used a twin mattress topper for the foam. It was cheaper.

The students each bring a puzzle wrapped. We number the puzzles then have the students draw a number. They get the puzzle with the number on it that matches theirs.
