Yard sales were the only way I could buy nice things when I was a young and poor single mom. It provided toys for my child that I never could have afforded otherwise. I still enjoy stopping at them...

They are wool felt clogs with a Birkenstock type of cork base. So comfortable, particularly in winter. I have 3 pairs and would rather slip them on than walk barefoot.

The pandemic has put a lot of what I envisioned doing in retirement on the back burner. But, in a way, it also has made it more relaxing. I dealt with cancer ten years ago and it has helped me...
